 Ian is involved in providing capital in both the public and private markets, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and structured financing. He has over thirty years of experience in international business. 

 Siemens, Toyota, Shell, DIRECTV, Insight, Synopsys, Chevron and Bombardier are among his clients. 

He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Ivan is a professional in the fields of finance, accounting, and business. 

He has extensive experience in post-merger integration, restructuring, venture capital, corporate development and strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and financial system implementation.

He has worked extensively in more than 40 countries across the continents of Asia, Africa, North and South America, and Europe. 

 In addition to having a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and an accounting degree (B Com Honours), he is a Certified Public Accountant.
